PRODUCTS

All Shiva Urban bags are handmade by artisans in Bali, Indonesia. Due to their handcrafted nature, slight variations in color, size, and design may occur—these are part of each item’s unique character.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

SHIPPING

We process your order within 1 business day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier. Shiva Urban is not responsible for delays once the package has been shipped. Please review our Shipping & Delivery page for complete details.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Shiva Urban purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your bag, simply return it within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:

• Unused, unworn, and undamaged

• Returned in its original condition

• Sent back within 14 days of delivery

It is the customer's responsibility to pay all shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.

All items purchased on sale are final. They are not eligible for return or exchange.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your bag arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 days with photos, and we will make it right.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including images and text, is the property of Shiva Urban and may not be used without permission.
