We currently ship within the United States only.

Every order includes FREE USPS Ground Advantage shipping—no minimum purchase required.

Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Many orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern ship the same business day.

DELIVERY TIMES

Most handmade handbags arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your location and USPS transit times.

If you're purchasing one of our handcrafted Bali bags as a gift, we recommend allowing a few extra days for delivery to avoid disappointment.

Need an estimated delivery date before ordering? We'd be happy to help. Contact us, and we'll gladly provide a shipping estimate based on your destination.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

AFTER YOUR ORDER SHIPS

Once your package has been accepted by USPS, shipping times and delivery processes are outside of Shiva Urban's control.

If your package is delayed or lost during transit, we'll gladly assist you in working with USPS to locate or recover your shipment. While we'll do everything we can to help, we cannot provide a replacement or refund unless the original item has been successfully returned to us or USPS confirms that it is being returned.
