We want you to love your Shiva Urban purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your bag, simply return it within 14 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:
Unused, unworn, and undamaged
Returned in its original condition
Sent back within 14 days of delivery
Once Shiva Urban receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a $10 restocking fee.
Final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Because every Shiva Urban bag is handmade, slight variations in color, size, weave, and batik fabric are natural and make each piece unique.
