Every Bag Is One of A Kind
Every Shiva Urban bag is handmade and handwoven by skilled Balinese artisans, making each piece truly one of a kind. Because our handcrafted rattan-style bags are made from natural ata grass rather than mass-produced in a factory, slight variations in color, weave, size, shape, and batik lining—as well as small natural imperfections—are to be expected. These unique characteristics are part of the beauty and authenticity of artisan craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
We want you to love your Shiva Urban purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your handmade woven bag, simply return it within 14 days of the delivery date.
RETURN & EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be:
Unused, unworn, and undamaged
Returned in its original condition
Shipped back within 14 days of delivery
It is the customer's responsibility to pay all shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your bag arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 days with photos, and we will make it right.
